The "Higher Life" is reserved and ordained for every believer in Christ. This means there is a higher life for you if you are already in Christ and if you are not yet in Christ, you can choose the higher life by accepting the gift of forgiveness of sin and salvation of your soul.
The higher life speaks about the glorious, quality, superior, and excellent life God has ordained for His children.
The word of the LORD reveals in Romans 3:23; "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." What does this mean?
This means that the reason why people fall short (come short, become inferior, become deficient, come behind, become destitute, suffer need and lack) of a glorious, superior, and excellent life God ordained for them is sin. However, sin and the effects of sin have been removed by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
In Christ you have become a new creation, your life is transformed into a glorious, superior, and excellent reality. Dare to believe and become conscious of this reality and watch your life shine from glory to glory as you take actions of faith that are inspired by the Spirit of God daily.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinth. 5:17 NKJV
As a Church, our responsibility this year as inspired by the Holy Spirit is to bring the reality, consciousness, experience, and manifestation of the higher life to all men through inspired and well-structured teachings in the demonstration of the power of God.
